		<description>I buy a bag of frozen hash browns and place them in a single layer in a pan.  Then I bake them until they are golden brown and throw them in a skillet at the last minute with some scrambled eggs.  Wrap 'em up in a tortilla with some hot sauce and you have a great breakfast!</description>

		<description>i can vouchon a breakfast burrito with potatoes in it (baked or fried). your favorite beans give you protein and potato adds some starch. you can add your other favorite ingredients like onions, tomatoes, cheese, eggs, bell peppers, cilantro etc. and spice it up with some salsa.. yum :)</description>
