I can vouchon following your heart. I just saw pursuit of happyness last night and i have to agree with will smith when he told his son don't ever let anyone tell you not to follow your dream. If your friend's heart says the time is right and don't let this opportunity pass by then she should follow her heart. Judging by the fact she doesn't make those rash decisions that often, she must be in love and have found someone very great, and so i wish her the best of luck :)
