I'm making the switch from coffee to tea and I've found that I love Tazo's Refresh tea. It's caffeine free though, which can be a problem in the mornings - don't judge, we all have our faults. Can you vouchon a good breakfast tea? I don't do lemon, milk, or sugar in my tea though so I'd appreciate it if you'd vouchon something that tastes nice on its own merit. Cheers!

We're searching for a home mortgage lender in the Knoxville area. We've bought in the past and have typically used large, national lenders. We'd like to go with a local home mortgage company if the rates are competitive.

a good sandwich shop in Long Beach, CA

There's a good chance that I'll be traveling to Long Beach, CA soon and when I travel, I do my best to support local businesses. Are there any locally-owned sandwich shops that you would recommend. Right now, I'm in the mood for a Reuben, but that could change to a club or a BLT by the time I arrive. Thanks!
