i can vouchon a breakfast burrito with potatoes in it (baked or fried). your favorite beans give you protein and potato adds some starch. you can add your other favorite ingredients like onions, tomatoes, cheese, eggs, bell peppers, cilantro etc. and spice it up with some salsa.. yum :)
