We're searching for a home mortgage lender in the Knoxville area. We've bought in the past and have typically used large, national lenders. We'd like to go with a local home mortgage company if the rates are competitive.

I cannot personally vouchon an honest mortgage lender in Knoxville, but I do have a friend who is currently building a home and he is using Fountain City Finance. He said their rates were very competitive and he has been very happy with the service.
